Between 2011 and 2020, the production value of the manufacture of macaroni, noodles, couscous and similar farinaceous products in Italy showed a constant growth. At the beginning of the period under review, the production value of pasta products manufacturing in Italy amounted to just over six billion euros. In 2020, that figure had reached over 8.6 billion euros.
