Industrial production index of pasta products manufacturing in Italy 2021-2023

Between January 2021 and February 2023, the monthly Industrial Production Index (IPI) of macaroni, noodles, couscous and similar farinaceous products in Italy showed some fluctuations. The monthly IPI is here calculated using the year 2015 as the base, thus equal to 100. The production index of pasta products manufactured in the country was at 110.5 in February 2023, but peaked at 124.9 in May 2022. One of its lowest figures was recorded in August 2022, at just 72.6.
