Online shoppers in favor of sustainable deliveries worldwide 2023, by country

Worldwide, sustainability is becoming an ever-more important factor in online shopping decisions. In 2023, almost eight in ten global shoppers would consider a more sustainable delivery option for their online orders. Of the surveyed respondents, French shoppers (87 percent) were the most mindful of parcel deliveries' environmental friendliness. Italy ranked second, with around 83 percent of consumers who considered this sustainability aspect.
