In a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in March 2023 in China, about 60 percent of respondents aged 16 to 24 years reported that rising prices of apparel and shoes had the most significant impact on them. In addition, 53 percent of respondents in the same age group stated that inflation in personal care and health products was the most challenging to deal with.
