Order types where e-merchants saw the most fraud worldwide 2022

When asked which type of orders had the highest incidence of fraud, approximately two-thirds of e-commerce merchants reported website orders, followed by mobile app orders with 45 percent of respondents. Discounted or promoted orders and call center orders were also highly susceptible to fraud, according to one in four professionals.
