Leading product reviews sources among mobile phone users Indonesia 2023

A survey conducted in March 2023 revealed that among consumers in Indonesia, TikTok was most commonly used when searching for product reviews through mobile phones, with a share of 31 percent of respondents. Meanwhile, around 23 percent of survey participants used Google search, and 20 percent went to e-commerce platforms to seek product reviews.
