A February 2023 survey of American business leaders revealed that the most common task completed using ChatGPT in 66 percent of the companies was writing code. Copywriting was the second-most frequently completed task, with 58 percent stating having used the software for this purpose. Furthermore, customer support ranked third, with 57 percent.
