Share of individuals making online voice or video calls in Portugal 2020-2023
In Portugal, the share of internet users who made online voice or video calls in 2023 was 82.4 percent, marking a more than three percentage point rise when compared to the year 2021. As observed, there is a rising tendency in Portugal for these forms of online communication, as, in 2020, the share of internet users performing it totaled 70 percent.
