In 2022, 2.8 percent of respondents experienced discrimination at work on the basis of their descent, skin color or nationality. Furthermore, 2.4 percent of respondents experienced age discrimination and 2.1 percent of respondents experienced discrimination on the basis of their gender, including pregnancies.
