Among 50 albums released by Korean artists between January 2021 and September 2022, around 84 percent of them included a CD among the general goods guaranteed to be included in the album. Other common general goods included photo books showcasing photoshoots of the artist and posters, at around 76 percent and 48 percent respectively. It is standard for K-pop albums to include various goods such as photocards and posters, which incentivizes fans to buy and collect albums.
