In 2022, sales from sponsored ads increased by 281 percent during Amazon Prime Day in Canada. That year, sponsored ads shown during Prime Early Access Sales led to attributed sales growth of 149 percent on amazon.ca. In turn, attributed sales grew the least in 2021, when sponsored ads led to a sale increase of just 15 percentage points on the Canadian platform of Amazon.
