Around 30 percent of the tweets published in Ukraine between February 24, and June 30, 2022 that mentioned its allied countries had a positive sentiment toward the United States. This share was higher than that of other countries, which was related to Joe Biden's announcements of military aid deliveries to Ukraine. To compare, every tenth tweet mentioned Germany, Berlin, or German leaders had a positive sentiment, which was due to the users' disappointment with allegedly slow delivery of weapons to Ukraine from Germany.
