Almost half of e-commerce decision-makers in the automotive sector thought their company offered an inconsistent online shopping experience, according to a survey published in 2023. Nearly four in ten executives in the online finance sector or working for medium-sized companies answered the same, whereas the average among respondents stood at 33 percent.
