Share of UK consumers willing to pay a premium for alternative food packaging
In the United Kingdom, a survey showed that customers who preferred compostable packaging were much more likely to pay a premium for alternative food packaging. A little over half of consumers who prefer recyclable packaging would pay a premium for alternative food packaging.
