According to a September 2023 survey among chief marketing officers (CMOs) in Europe, 83 percent of respondents said artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and marketing automation would be an important marketing trend in 2023. This was followed by 82 percent of respondents citing content creation, while another 82 percent mentioned emotional branding.
