Level of concern about how retailers use personal data Australia 2022
According to a 2022 survey on local ecommerce and retail marketing conducted in Australia, 55 percent of respondents claimed that they are somewhat or very concerned about retailer's use of data provided via transactions. Likewise, 51 percent of online shoppers stated that they are somewhat or very concerned about retailers’ use of data provided via loyalty cards.
