TikTok ban approval among U.S. adults 2023, by age group

According to a March 2023 survey of adults in the United States, adults aged between 30 and 64 years were more likely to support a ban on TikTok than adults aged under 30 years. Among adults under 30, approximately 40 percent of respondents favored a ban on the video-sharing platform, while 61 percent opposed the ban. On the other hand, among adults over 65 years older, 83 percent of respondents were in favor of a ban, while only 17 percent opposed it.
