As of August 2022, organizations based in the United States and Spain were the most prepared for cyber attacks. A survey among board members in selected countries revealed that almost nine in ten board members from both countries were certain of their company's preparedness for cyber incidents. Among the less confident were organizations in Singapore and the United Kingdom (UK).
Cyber preparedness of organizations in selected countries worldwide according to board members as of August 2022
The source surveyed 600 board directors from organizations of 5,000 employees or more across different industries. 50 board directors were interviewed in each market, which included the United States, Canada, United Kingdom (UK), France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Brazil and Mexico.
