Benefits of CDPs in the UK 2022
During a survey carried out in late 2022, 96 percent of responding full-time marketing and customer experience leaders from the United Kingdom (UK) whose businesses used customer data platforms reported positive results. Nearly half of respondents said they had already gained more direct relationships with customers and 41 percent stated they noted a rise in customer loyalty.
