Top offending countries in terms of online order returns worldwide 2022
In 2022, India emerged as the country with the highest percentage of online order returns, at 44 percent. Following closely in second place on the list of countries with the highest return rates was the United States, ten percentage points below India, at 34 percent. The United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, and Thailand completed the top five, with these countries reporting a return rate of at least 30 percent for their online orders.
