Most important factors in choosing an employer in Poland 2022, by generation
In 2022, 83 percent of the 58 to 64 years old desired attractive salaries and benefits, while 78 percent of the 18 to 25 years old requested better ones. While older people wanted job stability and higher wages, younger people requested opportunities to participate in educational courses and career development.
