According to a survey among internal communications (IC) professionals in Brazil at the end of 2023, around 15 percent said they would increase their spending on executive events with the employees in the coming year. The same share reported plans to raise the budget for training managers as communicators. According to that study, more than half of Brazilian companies' internal communications annual budget amounted to less than one million Brazilian reals.
