During a survey among internal communications (IC) professionals in Brazil at the end of 2023, approximately 73 percent of respondents selected company culture (its purpose, mission, vision, and values) as a topic they prioritized. People management initiatives (benefits, HR programs, development, career, etc.) and diversity and inclusion followed, mentioned by 69 and 62 percent of the interviewees, respectively. According to the same study, about nine out of 10 CEOs in Brazil valued internal communications.
