During a survey among internal communications (IC) professionals in Brazil at the end of 2023, almost two-thirds (or 64 percent) of respondents said engaging leaders as communicators was one of the top challenges for IC. Improve data measurement and management followed, mentioned by 52 percent, whereas 49 percent cited communicating the company's strategy and culture.
