During a survey carried out among consumers and social media users in France in December 2022, it was found that 68 percent of respondents believed that banning scams was a top priority in order to make influencers' work more ethical. Another 51 percent of French consumers expressed their support towards influencer marketing not presenting retouched or idealized bodies for more ethical online content.
