Online shoppers in the United States mainly bought online from abroad because the price was more affordable, according to a July 2022 survey. This was the top reason chosen, with almost half of respondents. The wide variety of items offered by the brand came in second, with 38 percent. The third most common purchase factor was the product's quality. Canadian cross-border shoppers, in turn, were more concerned about shipping costs.
