A survey conducted in the United States in January 2023 revealed that Amazon was the shopping app with the highest awareness and download intent among respondents. Overall, 19.2 percent of respondents were aware of and wanted to download the Amazon mobile app. Second was the Walmart mobile app, with 12.3 percent of respondents reporting awareness and download intent.
