According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in 2023 on social commerce in Malaysia, 72 percent of respondents between the ages of 16 and 24 stated that they have purchased clothing articles from social media. Meanwhile, 52 percent of respondents aged 25 to 34 years old said they have purchased bags and shoes.
