The share of people in Czechia heating their rooms during 2022/2023 winter to a lower temperature increased compared to four years prior. While in 2019, only six percent of people had a temperature of 19 degrees or less in their rooms, this figure increased to 27 percent in 2023.
What is the temperature of the room in which you spend the most time this winter?
The 2019 survey was carried out between January 26 and February 6, 2019. There were 1084 respondents surveyed by the CAPI and PAPI survey method combination.
The 2023 survey was conducted between January 4 and 15, 2023. A total of 1089 respondents took part in it. The survey type was a combination of CAWI and CAPI methods.
