Important aspects when ordering from e-shops in Czechia 2023
In 2023, the delivery cost was essential to the vast majority of people in Czechia and may have influenced if they ordered something from an e-shop or not. Almost 90 percent found the delivery time of order important. Meanwhile, 70 percent were unsatisfied when no collection points were near their workplace.
