Health equipment import value in Mexico 2014-2023

In 2023, Mexico imported around 4.7 billion U.S. dollars worth of medical instruments, the highest value reported during the period analyzed. A year earlier, health equipment imported into Mexico amounted to approximately four billion U.S. dollars. Between 2014 and 2023, the value of such imports increased by nearly 90 percent. During the last year examined, imports of orthopedic equipment into the country reached a value of over 766 million U.S. dollars.
