The number of newly registered malignant cancer cases in Czechia increased in the observed period. While in 1990, there were around 37 thousand recently notified malignant neoplasms, which rose to over 58 thousand in 2021. Similarly, the incidence per 10,000 population increased. In 2021, it amounted to 55.6 per 10,000 population.
