In a survey conducted in October 2022, 39 percent of respondents agree that maximum 20 percent of an airplane seat should be permitted to charge the allocation fee. 21 percent agree to limit the maximum at 30 percent while the other 11 percent accept up to 50 percent of an airplane seats to be charged with allocation fee.
