In the observed period, the highest share of total abstainers in Czechia was registered in 2021, when almost 18 percent of the respondents were non-drinkers. Over a fifth of female respondents said they do not drink, yet that share was slightly higher in 2016. In 2022, the share of abstainers dropped.
