In 2022, a survey conducted among Australian consumers revealed that the leading factor taken into consideration when choosing a food delivery method was low fees, with over 70 percent of respondents viewing this as important in the decision making process. A good ordering experience and low menu prices were also key incentives for consumers to choose a particular food delivery method.
