In 2023, around 38 percent of Latvian businesses operating in the wholesale and retail trade sector were selling their products and services online. The accommodation and food service industry followed, with over a third of enterprises active in e-commerce sales activities. The share of enterprises selling online in Latvia has increased over the years, peaking at more than 17 percent in 2023.
