Fossil fuels, including oil, natural gas, and coal made up 81.3 percent of the primary energy supply of Turkey in 2022. The renewables such as wind, solar, etc. accounted for 11.6 percent of the primary energy supply of the country, whereas hydro's share stood at nearly four percent.
