In 2024, bKash generated a revenue of close to 25 billion Bangladeshi taka, a significant increase from around 24 billion taka in the previous year. Launched in 2010, bKash is a mobile financial service that became Bangladesh's first Unicorn startup in November 2021, surpassing a valuation of one billion U.S. dollars.
