The most common problem encountered by e-commerce consumers in Latvia in 2021 was that the speed of delivery was slower than indicated. Ranking second was the problem of wrong or damaged products delivered, as per over four percent of the customers affected. The speed and reliability of delivery were among the most significant barriers to online shopping, with six percent of respondents facing them.
