Get in touch with us nowGetting businesses to implement new technologies into work processes is a key policy aim of the European Union's digitalization plans. In 2023, more than 50 percent of firms in all EU member states implemented new technologies, with the EU average being at 74 percent. Czechia, Belgium, and the Netherlands top the list, with 90 percent of firms reporting having implemented new technologies in the past year, most of them multiple technologies. At the other end of the list are countries such as Luxembourg, Hungary, and Greece, with roughly half of companies in these member states having put in place new technologies in their work processes.
