
Number of video streaming services canceled in the U.S. 2024, by age
According to a March 2024 survey, younger age groups were most likely to cancel their video streaming subscription in the U.S., with for example 14 percent of 18 to 34-year-olds canceling two to five services in the three months prior to the survey. The share of respondents in this age group who have not canceled a video streaming subscription amounted to 70 percent. Meanwhile, over 80 percent of respondents aged 55 years and older stated that have not terminated a service in the past three months.
