Over the observed period, several behaviors characterized the relationship between internet users and ads, in Portugal. More than 46 percent of respondents declared that they decline cookies at least some of the time. The use of an ad blocker for at least some online activities was carried out by 36 percent of internet users, and merely 6.2 percent of them declared feeling represented by the advertisement that they see or hear.
