In a survey conducted in 2022 among Australian consumers, around 34 percent of respondents said their loyalty towards a food establishment would increase if they received a complimentary drink or starter. Furthermore, 33 percent of those surveyed were likely to visit a dining establishment more frequently if they received personalized offers.
