Electricity generation in Turkey 2023, by source

In 2023, the highest volume of electricity was generated from coal in Turkey, amounting to nearly 75,800 gigawatt hours. Natural gas and hydropower followed closely, generating volumes of roughly 68,600 and 63,900 terawatt hours of electricity in the country.
