According to the global survey conducted in the third quarter of 2023, around 36 percent of internet users in the United States reported discovering new brands via word-of-mouth recommendations. 35.5 percent of the respondents came upon new brands through TV ads. Meanwhile, 34.4 percent of the users discovered new brands, products, and services on search engines.
