According to the global survey conducted in the third quarter of 2023, over 38 percent of internet users in Mexico reported discovering new brands via ads on social media. Approximately one-third of the respondents (or 33 percent) came upon new brands through retail websites. Meanwhile, more than 31 percent of the users found new brands, products, and services through social media comments.
