The share of smokers in Czechia decreased in the observed period for both men and women. The total dropped from 31.3 percent in 2012 to 24.4 percent in 2022. Women stopped smoking more than men. The share of male smokers dropped by six percent, while the percentage of female ones decreased by 7.6 percent.
