The 2024 MLB World Series was contested between the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers. The Dodgers emerged victorious in five games to earn their eighth World Series title in franchise history. As well as winning the coveted championship ring, the LA team pocketed 35 million U.S. dollars in prize money.
