According to a survey from 2021, Sweden had the highest share among the Nordics of monthly eaters of vegan/ vegetarian sausages. It is also worth noting that Denmark is lagging behind its neighboring countries in adopting the vegan/ vegetarian sausages. For comparison, the share for Sweden was 23 percent and for Denmark only 15 percent.
