Mexico: social grade distribution of internet users 2022, by connection type

According to a survey conducted in Mexico in April 2022, the majority of internet users in the country used both Wi-Fi or fixed-line and mobile connections to access the service. However, more than 97 percent of respondents in social grades A and B used both Wi-Fi or fixed line connections and mobile connections to access the internet. Meanwhile, most the respondents that used mobile or smartphone connections only were in social grades D+, D and E. Additionally, adults aged between 25 and 34 years accounted for almost a quarter of users in the North American country.
